The 6th annual WELL Summit (Women in Education: Leading and Learning) is thrilled to be back in 2024 at the Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel & Conference Center.

This event is a partnership of 18 statewide organizations and is designed for women at all points of their educational career – from those leading or learning in college & university preparation programs to school staff and faculty, assistant principals, principals, deans, special education supervisors, directors, assistant superintendents, school business officials, superintendents to board members, state board staff as well as professionals who support women in leadership. The mission of the annual event is to empower, connect, inspire, support, celebrate, and develop women in educational leadership.

Join us on Thursday, March 14, for an evening welcome reception from 5-7 p.m. featuring appetizers and refreshments as well as some fun! The next day, March 15, is a full day of inspiration and learning.

Registration is limited to 450 participants. Recipients will each receive the annual 4" GEM paperweight keepsake recognizing our 6th year!
