Have you ever wondered about the role of self-awareness and the impact diverse personalities play in athletic coaching? This academy will provide participants with information about personality archetypes and how it impacts their personal performance and the relationships with those they serve. It will also allow participants to analyze and determine how self-awareness and leveraging personality types can support student growth, both on and off the field.

IPA will deliver this ONLINE training through Zoom. To participate in the virtual workshop, you must have Internet access, a web camera, and a microphone.
