The Ed Leaders Network (ELN - edleadersnetwork.org) is grounded in the belief that educational leaders impact student performance. With this foundational belief at ELN’s core, the IPA in collaboration with several other state principal associations across the nation have partnered together to provide you high quality, on-demand professional development to enhance your educational leadership. A dynamic professional networking community has also been created so you can learn and interact with your peers and leadership experts from across the country. ELN’s mission is to provide educators with the professional development and capacity building professional network needed to do what’s best for your students and learning community. ISBE Partnership

IPA has partnered with the Illinois State Board of Education to provide access to Ed Leaders Network (ELN) for all public school educators in the state! This includes certified and non-certified staff currently employed within a school or district. ELN access will continue to be provided by ISBE through FY 2027, pending annual appropriation.

Current ELN subscribers will continue to use their current login credentials and will receive an additional year added to their subscription. For district-wide access, please download and complete the spreadsheet below. If you have already uploaded your staff from a previous year, you can use the spreadsheet below to make changes. Once complete, email it to support@edleadersnetwork.org. If you are not a public school educator, visit the Ed Leaders Network to learn how you can gain individual or group access.
