TITLE IX: Responding to Discrimination on the Basis of Sex in K-12 School Systems

August 6 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

The Trump Administration adopted regulations that ushered in monumental changes for how we process claims of sexual harassment under Title IX. Join Stephanie Jones and Sara Boucek as they attempt to make sexual harassment interesting and share the ins and outs of the process for schools. They will explore the practical and political implications of the regulations and look at how a Biden administration is implementing the Trump regulations. Any administrator who may be involved in investigating Title IX sexual harassment claims must be trained. Meet that requirement and earn AA credit with these two veteran Illinois attorneys.

IPA will deliver this ONLINE training through Zoom. To participate in the virtual workshop, you must have Internet access, a web camera, and a microphone.

You will receive the Zoom training link, handouts and detailed instructions in the registration confirmation from netforum@ilprincipals.org. If you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox after registering, please check your junk or spam folder.
