You will find our first publicly available micro-credential, Collaborative Leadership Coaching, available now. Former State Superintendent Dr. Tony Smith recognized the value of this new program by congratulating some of our earliest Collaborative Leadership Coaching digital badge earners. IPA is partnering with both Illinois associations as well as collaborating with other state associations to develop an array of micro-credentials for educational leaders.
