Systems Intelligence: Mission, Vision and Strategic Planning

In this course, participants will explore the Mission, Vision, and Strategic Planning Competency, one of four skills needed within the Systems Intelligence on the Becoming side of the School Leader Paradigm. Participants will explore the key attributes and behaviors essential for success in this area. Through reflective learning activities, participants will analyze and reflect on their personal beliefs, attitudes, and practices, deepening their understanding of the skills and dispositions required to excel in strategic planning and organizational leadership.
