Recently retired, Barb served as a Dean, Assistant Principal, Director of Student Services, Principal, and Assistant Superintendent during her 25+ year administrative career. Her passion is helping people grow and mentoring new leaders. In addition to presenting for IPA, she is an adjunct professor at Aurora University and an IPA mentor. When not spending time with her family, she also works as a liaison between families and schools to assure that parents and students understand the 504 and special education process. As a part of The Team, Barb has the honor of working with high school students to develop their leadership and advocacy skills. With several high school clients, the team works with small groups of students regularly, conducting specific activities and discussions on what it means to be a leader in today's world.
