Amy Treadwell is a 25 year + educator, literacy leader, instructional coach, and currently an assistant principal at Huth School. She has worked for several national non-profits supporting school districts on instructional coaching and teacher development. Over her career, she has continually found ways to focus on relationships and trust as key components to working with teachers, administrators, and other stakeholders. Her current portfolio includes working with schools, nonprofits, teachers, and leaders where her focus is literacy implementation, teacher professional learning and career development with a focus on equity. Amy is the principal and founder of Treadwell Consulting and makes her home in Chicago.
