Abby Lyons is a Social Emotional Learning Consultant in Central Illinois. In this work, Abby uses a mindful approach to share Social Emotional Learning and brain-based information with kids and adults. Abby is a trainer of the Neurosequential Model for Education, which equips her to teach concepts about the brain, relevant to the educational environment. Formerly, Abby taught first grade in Bloomington-Normal. Abby also owns the Yoga Lab and Lab Coffee in Bloomington, Illinois; a power yoga studio and craft coffee shop created to free people to do the work they love.
