Each Abe Lincoln Region member may invite one student from the exiting grade in their school along with two guests. The student will receive a certificate of recognition from the Abe Lincoln Region of the IPA. The IPA recommends that an emphasis be placed on leadership qualities. A random drawing will be held to award two seniors with scholarship money.
