IL Census 2020: Why it's so Important - IPA Talk 2019

Illinois receives at least $20 billion in annual federal funding based on data from the U.S. Census. This funding is important as it supports vital programs such as the National School Lunch Program, Title II grants for professional development and much more. If Illinoisans are not counted during the upcoming 2020 Census, fewer resources will come to the state.
