School leadership matters. We know this. But, school leaders must lead themselves well first in order to lead others effectively. This is why the IPA created the School Leader Paradigm – a comprehensive school leadership framework that not only accounts for the work school leaders do but also the critical competencies and attributes school leaders must possess and demonstrate to be successful. If you are interested learning about these critical competencies and attributes and how school leaders must be in a constant state of “becoming” to learn and grow, join the IPA’s Dr. Jason Leahy for this Academy filled with thoughtful reflection, engaging dialogue, and plenty of connections for how school leaders can turn a constant state of “becoming” into “doing” the work of school leadership successfully.
