What Went Wrong: How to Avoid Special Ed Litigation

May 1, 2024, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

This presentation will analyze the special education case law and recent legal guidance from both OSEP and OCR to ensure that your school organization can avoid the decisions that ultimately led schools to litigation.
