Strategies to Become a School Leader Who Builds Relationships AND Drives Achievement

May 22, 2024, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

School leaders are required to wear numerous hats and keep multiple plates spinning simultaneously, which can be overwhelming to even seasoned administrators. This academy will provide participants with a leadership framework that simplifies the myriad of leadership expectations into two primary roles. Administrators who lead as Connected Drivers will relationally connect with staff to build a strong culture and strategically lead teachers in driving student achievement growth. Participants will leave this academy with a number of useful strategies and practices to develop both these aspects of educational leadership.

IPA will deliver this ONLINE training through Zoom. To participate in the virtual workshop, you must have Internet access, a web camera, and a microphone.

You will receive the Zoom training link, handouts and detailed instructions in the registration confirmation from netforum@ilprincipals.org. If you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox after registering, please email workshops@ilprincipals.org.
