The Assistant Principalship: Knowing Yourself, Your Role, and How to Make an Impact

Do you really know your role? Do you know your leadership style? If you have never thought about how these two questions connect, then this Administrator Academy is for you. We will focus on leadership styles, the roles of administrators who support their principal in the school environment, and how to leverage your strengths to make positive changes within your building.
