Choose Joy! A Systems Approach to Elevate Student Performance

Schools will not miraculously rise to the level of their goals; they will fall to the level of their systems. It becomes these daily processes that lead to progress. Let’s team up to leverage your school’s systems to accelerate learning recovery. Now is the time to strengthen the systems within your school to meet the diverse needs of your learners. Together we will construct this Super System with practical and easy to implement strategies and techniques. This is a challenging time in education, but together … WE got this!
IPA will deliver this ONLINE training through Zoom. To participate in the virtual workshop, you must have Internet access, a web camera, and a microphone.
You will receive the Zoom training link, handouts and detailed instructions in the registration confirmation from netforum@ilprincipals.org. If you don’t see the confirmation in your inbox after registering, please email workshops@ilprincipals.org.

- Registrations are not accepted over the phone.
- Receive a refund. Credits and refunds will be issued as follows:
- If written notice is received more than five business days prior to the event, a $25 service charge will be assessed.
- If written notice is received within five business days of the event, a $50 service charge will be assessed.
- ISBE requires attendance during the entire workshop to receive Administrator Academy credit. Individuals arriving late or leaving early, for any reason, are not eligible for Academy credit.
- Groups can register using the Group Registration Form.
