Capacity Building

Capacity building for school leaders is a process of enhancing their leadership knowledge and skills to enable them to improve the performance of their schools. Principals who engage in capacity building can foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning among their staff and students. By making better use of the intellectual and social capital within their schools, principals can adopt high-leverage strategies of teaching and learning that are aligned with the school’s vision, goals, and needs.

Capacity Building is a key competency of Social Intelligence under the School Leader Paradigm.
