Safety is a priority for school principals, who are responsible for creating a positive and secure learning environment for all stakeholders. To achieve this goal, principals establish expectations, processes, and procedures that address the physical, mental, and emotional needs of students, staff, parents, and community members. By doing so, principals foster a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration that supports the academic and social development of everyone involved.
