Have you ever encountered individuals, both students and adults, who struggle with emotional regulation? Are you interested in cultivating a more balanced and regulated school environment? This professional learning opportunity aims to empower educational leaders with brain-based learning strategies and techniques to achieve this goal. By delving into fundamental concepts concerning the brain, stress, learning, and regulation, you will gain invaluable insights into how our emotional state influences behavior and learning outcomes. Together, we will engage in reflective activities and explore the implementation of effective systems to establish an optimal learning environment for all.
