Unsupervised and Unstoppable: What All Leaders Can Learn from Women in Leadership explores the unique challenges and strengths of women in leadership and the lessons they hold for all leaders. Through reflective pre-work, case studies, and cohort discussions, participants will gain deeper awareness of how gender dynamics shape leadership identity, influence culture, and impact organizational systems. Leaders will critically examine their own practices, uncover blind spots, and discover strategies that foster more inclusive, courageous, and purpose-driven leadership. The course culminates in developing a forward-looking leadership vision that draws on the wisdom of women leaders to strengthen leadership for everyone.
