Do you need this training?
You need this training if you already have the principal evaluator designation and need to complete RETRAINING. You must complete AA #4050 as a retraining course in each 5-year cycle following the cycle in which you earned your initial principal evaluator designation.

School Leader Evaluation Plan: AA #3967 Companion Course
In addition to the required AA #4050 for initial principal designation training and retraining, IPA offers AA #3967, a one-day administrator academy for individuals seeking an overview of the evaluation plan. This course, School Leader Evaluation: A Growth-Focused Approach, is particularly helpful for individuals who will be evaluated under the plan. While this course does not meet evaluator designation training or retraining requirements, it does offer AA or PD credit to participants.
