Strategic Management

In the Strategic Management course, participants will gain and demonstrate research-based skills to strategically lead and structure systems for effective management. Participants will demonstrate moral, ethical, and confident strategic leadership by delegating and capitalizing on personnel strengths; ensuring effective communication and implementation of strategic management processes; and establishing a collaborative system to support and ensure accountability for strategic management alignment. Successful completion establishes a foundation for those interested in pursuing the Leading Strategic Management and Structuring Systems for Strategic Management Micro-Credentials.
