Prior to her current role as Associate Principal of Student Support Services, Erin Ludwick began her career as an English teacher, instructional leader and coach. She has served in the administrative roles of Student Dean and Assistant Principal of Discipline and Attendance. Erin’s work as a public educator led her to pursue a doctorate in the area of Diversity and Equity in Education and develop a passion for implementing relationship-based, restorative practices in schools.
