Sharon has enjoyed over 40 years in the early childhood field in a variety of capacities. Her most memorable experiences include working with parents, children and care providers/educators in multiple states and international settings. Sharon retired as a professor at Illinois State University and is continuing research focused on the implementation of the Pyramid Model for supporting social emotional competence in young children.
