Antoinette Taylor has over 29 years of experience in Education and holds a PhD in P-12 Curriculum and Instruction and a Master of Science in Special Education. She focuses on services and policies by consulting with, policymakers and professionals on behalf of the community of individuals with exceptional needs including the gifted and talented and mental health. Antoinette provides consulting, workshops, on-line academies, webinars and lectures to organizations, agencies, programs, and districts across the P-20 spectrum. A.T.
