Following 30 plus years of leadership in the ISBE PreK At Risk, Preschool For All, Prevention Initiative and Even Start grants, Kathy is now with Early Childhood Professional Learning at The Center: Resources for Teaching and Learning where she is managing the technical assistance grant for the State and Federal Preschool for All Expansion grantees. Kathy has also been a long time member of the Illinois Early Learning Council and supported her previous prek program (ECDEC) in earning multiple ExceleRate Awards.
