Dr. Tiffany D. Brown is a transformational educational leader, mentor, and advocate for excellence in urban education. As a district leader in Chicago Public Schools, she commits to developing leaders, strengthening school communities, and creating the conditions for all students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. With over two decades of experience, she has served as a principal, assistant principal, instructional coach, teacher leader, and classroom teacher, dedicating her career to expanding opportunity and advancing equity for children and families.

Beyond her district leadership, Dr. Brown serves as an adjunct professor, educational consultant, mentor coach, and Cambiar Catalyst Fellow, where she pours into aspiring and current leaders with the belief that lasting change begins with empowered people. Her work is rooted in the conviction that strong leadership, purposeful systems, and unwavering hope can transform schools and the lives of those they serve.

Before entering education, she began her professional career as a chemist. A proud Chicago native and graduate of Chicago Public Schools, Dr. Brown continues to lead with vision, purpose, and a deep commitment to leaving a legacy of impact.
