Dr. Williams serves as an Educational Leadership coach to school administrators of elementary and high schools within CPS and suburban districts. She mentors aspiring school leaders and coaches Resident Principals through the Chicago Leadership Collaborative in preparation for the Principal Eligibility process. In addition, Dr. Williams facilitates workshops for leadership development, classroom management, and implementing standards-based instructional strategies. Dr. Williams is an assistant professor at National Louis University, where she teaches courses in the Principal Preparation program, as well as in the Educational Leadership doctoral program. She became a presenter with the Illinois Principals Association in 2016. Dr. Williams facilitates the academies for initial certification and re-certification of teacher and principal evaluators.
