With over 35 years of experience in early childhood education, Cindy has served for more than a decade, supporting high-quality Preschool For All (PFA) and Preschool For All Expansion (PFAE) programs in southern Illinois. After experience as a PFAE family educator, instructional leader, and administrator, she shifted her career to focus on professional learning, coaching, and supporting PFAE teachers and administrators for increased excellence in early learning experiences for children and families. Currently, Cindy is a Facilitator for the Instructional Leaders Community of Practice for Early Childhood Professional Learning at The Center: Resources for Teaching and Learning.
