Charles Williams is a veteran educator, author, and nationally recognized keynote speaker with 20+ years of K-12 experience as both a classroom teacher and school administrator. Known for his direct approach to equity, culture, and sustainable leadership, Charles brings hard-won insight from decades on the front lines of school leadership in Northwest Indiana and beyond. As a Strategic Initiatives Advisor at SkyBound Education, Charles works alongside districts, schools, and educational organizations to build clarity, capacity, and care into their leadership and school improvement efforts. His current work includes supporting Gary Community School Corporation through a competitive state school improvement grant and facilitating a statewide community of practice for Indiana charter school leaders. Whether coaching school leaders, facilitating strategic planning, or speaking on national stages, Charles is known for his ability to connect, challenge, and catalyze lasting change.
