The IPA offers several hybrid trainings and supports that meet your needs based on the current phase of your career - ASPIRING, LAUNCHING, BUILDING, MASTERING. Our School Leader Networks, which meet both in-person and face-to-face throughout the school year, provide you the opportunity to dig into various aspects of the School Leader Paradigm while being encouraged and challenged by your peers throughout the state.

Also, a blend of virtual and in-person mentoring or coaching is available where we pair you with a leader best suited to support your leadership growth.

Aspiring School Leader Network

The goal of the Aspiring School Leader Network is to establish the mindset, leadership intelligences, and community of peers necessary for aspiring administrators to envision themselves as future learning leaders. This network is designed to serve pre-service leaders.

Launching School Leader Network

The goal of the Launching School Leader Network is to provide administrators who are new (or new to their school) with the skills, resources, and community of peers necessary to cultivate culture, assess systems, and understand the leadership necessary for the unique context of their learning organization. This network is designed to serve school leaders who are in their first or second year as a school leader.

Building School Leader Network

The goal of the Building School Leader Network is to equip established administrators with the supports needed to effectively sustain culture, build systems and develop their learning organization, while affording the self-care necessary to build a sustainable career as a learning leader. This network is designed to serve school leaders who have been in the principalship for 3-5 years.

Mastering School Leader Network

The goal of the Mastering School Leader Network is to promote the self-actualization of learning leaders through the continuous growth of themselves and their learning organization to ensure a school of equity and excellence which leaves a lasting legacy. This network is designed to serve school leaders who have been in the principalship for more than 5 years.

Mentoring & Coaching

As a school leader, you must continue to develop your leadership skills so that you can be the best possible leader for your educational environment. Highly trained and experienced mentors and coaches are available to provide individual coaching to you at every phase of your career. Mentors and coaches will help you reflect, sharpen your skills, address new and recurring challenges, and improve your leadership impact and school performance.

Are you a veteran school leader? Serving as a mentor or coach for another school leader is a rewarding experience. IPA mentors and coaches receive in-depth training and continuous support to maximize their success supporting others.
