School leaders who have developed learning environments that are productive, balanced, and sustained are very intentional with developing collaborative teaching and learning school environments. Learning teams are organic examples of this collaboration at work. In this academy, participants will gain insights not only into the importance of learning teams, but also to the role that leaders have in building, supporting, and empowering teams that work.
