The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) has mandated that schools identify students' current level of learning and make adjustments to their learning journey to maximize growth. This administrator academy will take a deep dive into the Doing side of the School Leader Paradigm to identify practical and easy to implement strategies and techniques to increase the effectiveness of your leadership. Key puzzle pieces will be shared that you can implement the next day to improve the culture, systems, and learning within your school!
