Dynamic School Leadership: Harnessing the Power of the School Leader Paradigm

The role of principal has moved from manager of a school to a leader of systems that ensure the success of all students. Principals have become the learning leader within their schools and are tasked with the responsibility of developing a learning organization that meets the needs of its students. This administrator academy will take a deep dive into what principals can do on a daily basis to strengthen the culture, learning, and systems within their school. The research behind the school leader paradigm is clear. Let's team up and discuss practical and easy to implement strategies to harness the power of this research and elevate the impact of your school.
IPA will deliver this ONLINE training through Zoom. To participate in the virtual workshop, you must have Internet access, a web camera, and a microphone.

- Registrations are not accepted over the phone.
- Receive a refund. Credits and refunds will be issued as follows:
- If written notice is received more than five business days prior to the event, a $25 service charge will be assessed.
- If written notice is received within five business days of the event, a $50 service charge will be assessed.
- ISBE requires attendance during the entire workshop to receive Administrator Academy credit. Individuals arriving late or leaving early, for any reason, are not eligible for Academy credit.
