To make an impact you have to not only know how to read the temperature/climate of your building but you have to be able to set the temperature/climate of your building. We need to create moments as a leader that changes the temperature/climate to have a positive impact on your students, staff, and community. Be the THERMOSTAT and not the thermometer.
